NOTES: The Royal Oak Offshore was released in 1993 after four years from the original sketches that date back to 1989. The watch was designed by Emmanuel Gueit, a designer who has been employed by several brands over the years and whose father was also a designer before him. The watch was nicknamed The Beast due to its size and thickness, which were not typically seen in the early 1990's among the other prestigious watch brands.
