CASE: 42mm Stainless Steel, lyre lug moonwatch case, acrylic crystal, black tachymeter bezel & sapphire display case back.

DIAL: Black matte dial with tritium hour markers

MOVEMENT: Caliber 863 (yellow), hand wound mechanical chronograph, 17 jewels

BRACELET: Omega stainless steel bracelet, Ref. 1450/808

CONDITION REPORT: Excellent overall condition and all original. The dial has aged with a beautiful cream patina.
The movement was fully overhauled in April 2023 (after photography).

NOTES: According to the Omega Museum, the present watch was manufactured December 18, 1989 and subsequently delivered to Germany.
The watch comes with box and blank warranty papers.

Released in the early 80’s, the 345.0808 was the first Omega reference to be fitted with a see-through sapphire display caseback. These models came with a Côte de Genève finishing on the bridges and the caliber designation was 863 instead of 861. The first 1000 examples were copper color and yellow afterwards.
This is the 2nd series with 1000pcs mades and numbers on the back with "A###" and a yellow 863 caliber.
