DIAL: Glossy black dial with wg applied tritium hour markers. Original ‘Mercedes’ hands with central sweep seconds. 1000ft=300m and SWISS – T < 25 indicated on the dial.

CASE: 40mm, stainless steel with black rotating bezel, sapphire crystal

MOVEMENT: Caliber 3000, Self-winding mechanical movement with 27 jewels

BRACELET: Rolex stainless steel fliplock Oyster bracelet 93150/501B dated W5

CONDITION REPORT: Excellent overall condition. The dial and hands are original tritium and don't glow under UV, some tiny darkening of the indexes. The insert is also original and excellent. The case is very lightly polished, but still thick with pinholes intact and overall nice. Bracelet is original, date code matching.

NOTES: The 14060 was launched in 1989/1990 and is the replacement reference to the iconic 5513 Submariner with the addition of a sapphire crystal and the updated caliber 3000. The sapphire crystal and case redesign also resulted in a higher depth rating from 200 meters to 300 meters, as indicated on the dial (1000ft = 300m).
