DIAL: Glossy black dial with wg applied luminous hour markers. Original ‘Mercedes’ hands with central sweep seconds. 1000ft=300m and SWISS MADE indicated on the dial.

CASE: 40mm, stainless steel with black rotating bezel, sapphire crystal

MOVEMENT: Caliber 3130, Self-winding mechanical movement with 31 jewels

BRACELET: Rolex stainless steel fliplock Oyster bracelet 93150/501B Dated Code OP8 (2006)

CONDITION REPORT: New Old Stock Condition with left case side sticker and buckle sticker still on. Watch is unworn and has a second caseback with engraving of the owner's name on it matching the name in the papers.

NOTES: The 14060M was launched in 1999 and is the replacement reference to the iconic 14060 Submariner with the addition of the updated caliber 3130, a chronometer movement. The M apparently signifies 'modified' for the new movement, but these remained 2 liner dials until 2006 as they were not COSC certified for chronometer rating even if the movements were capable of being so. In 2007, the dial configuration changed to 4 line with chronometer text as the COSC certification began.
