CONDITION REPORT: Watch is in mint condition and appears almost unworn.
The movement was fully overhauled in May 2021 and is running perfectly.

NOTES: The watch serial numbers were checked to be matching by Vacheron Constantin in Geneva and correspond to this reference 46004/411 delivered in 1982.
The Vacheron 222 collection was launched in 1977, following the 222nd anniversary of Vacheron (1755). Although there has been confusion over the years with the designer credited for its design, it was not Gerald Genta, but rather Jorg Hysek. This collection evolved into what is today the Overseas collection.
