CONDITION REPORT: Mint overall condition, unpolished, all hallmarks visible and with slight patina on edges as well as the original 18K Maltese cross buckle.
NOTES: The watch comes with archives extract confirming 1989 production.
This rare and early variant of the Vacheron Constantin perpetual calendar 43031 came just after the MK1 swiss only dials. This version with sigma swiss came in both cream color like this one and a bright white color, which is more common. |
