DIAL: Black matte ''Radial'' dial with three registers, tritium luminous baton hour markers, day/date windows at 3 o’clock.

MOVEMENT: Caliber 1255, Diapason licensed under Bulova, 12 jewels

BRACELET: Black perforated ‘racing’ leather strap with vintage Omega steel buckle

CONDITION REPORT: Mint condition and 100% original.

NOTES:
This Speedsonic has a caliber 1255: a hybrid movement of quartz and mechanical with a tuning fork that was licensed by Bulova to Omega. As part of the Alaska Project series about a dozen 188.002 were submitted to NASA with USA made Star Case and a ''Radial'' dial.
This is an extremely rare configuration and is the same as the present example.
